NHS RGN Nurse Community - Ashford, Kent (Locum)
TLTP Medical are looking for Registered Nurses to join our NHS clients Acute Response Team in Ashford, Kent. The role is diverse and the team work closely with other services to avoid admission to hospital, facilitate early discharge and provide unscheduled care to patients in their own homes. You will carry out holistic assessments, develop integrated care packages, support junior staff and actively participate in a multi-professional team to ensure high quality care is provided to patients. You will be supervising Assistant Practitioners, Health Care Assistants and mentoring Student Nurses.
Caring for people in the community requires you be have a full driving licence and own a car so that you can complete a schedule of morning lunch and afternoon visits to people who need care in their own homes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin working for the NHS on a partime or full time contracted basis to start with providing that you hold a valid NMC.

Acute Response Team shifts times 08:00-09:00 Long Days up to a max of 5 per week
Some Early's and Late's will also be available Early 08:00-15:00 / Late 13:00-21:00
This contract is for a minimum of 12 weeks full time with shifts available Monday to Sunday.
Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £20 Sat/Nights £25ph Sun/Bank Holidays£30ph Mileage 45p per mile for Community
