Description

London Teaching Pool (TLTP Care) are currently recruiting experienced and in-experienced candidates but have passion in care as full training and induction will be provided in time for a August/September start in home care.

We can offer a salary of up to £14.00 hour (Service and qualification depending via umbrella or limited, PAYE rates available), paid weekly! We also give increments in pay for evenings, night and bank holidays and DBS is fully paid by TLTP.

We are proud to be recruiting to support Essex County Council for care and support workers to work a variety of shifts to support their service

For the right candidates there is a choice between full time and part time hours, worked flexibly around your availability hence you must be caring, compassionate, with strong communication skills and manage your time effectively, whch meets the care quality commission standards

Day to day activity includes;

Assisting with preparation of meal

Escorting clients to appointments and social activities

Providing companionship to prevent loneliness

Assisting with shopping

Assist with washing and dressing

We are looking for individuals with;

Experience preferable but training and ongoing support is provided for candidates

Commitment to maintain very high standards of care

Punctual and excellent time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Reliable, adaptable and flexible
