As a consultant you will be:

• Developing business with new clients over the phone and on client visits
• Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
• Liaising between clients and candidates
• Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and spotting opportunities for further business
• Advertising vacancies and searching job boards

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a temporary recruitment background
• An ability to learn and develop skills
• Can build rapport with clients and candidates
• Is determined and resilient

This is a full 360 recruitment consultant role where you will liaise with clients and candidates daily.
