TLTP Care is currently looking for an experienced carer to join our care team on a Full-time basis to provide both exceptional care and companionship to help our service user live comfortably in their own home.
What the role includes:
Your role will include providing assistance with daily activities, personal care such as bathing, toileting, changing clothes all with dignity and discretion. Keeping up with household chores such as dusting, laundry and vacuuming to maintain a clean-living space. To be a helping hand, listening ear and a shoulder to lean on to provide companionship for our service user creating a healthy living environment for both you and the client to live. Support in moving or positioning, managing medical conditions, planning and preparing nutritious meals to ensure their dietary needs are being met.
