Care Assistant - The Role:
TLTP Care are looking for outstanding Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults within the community.
You will be working with vulnerable adults supporting them with their independence. This job required you to have awareness of shifting priorities throughout your visits. You will need to use clear communication skills whilst making each visit positive and meaningful.
The role will include providing much needed companionship as well as support with domestic tasks around the home and making the service user feel as comfortable as possible. You will also be preforming personal care tasks and assisting service users into the community if needed.
Support with compliance and training is provided.
