Support Worker - The Role:
We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to deliver person-centred care and promote the health and well-being of the service user allowing him to maintain a healthy and positive environment and prevent the risk of self-neglect.
You will be working with a vulnerable adult who has learning disabilities and severe autism. He will need your support with personal care, accessing the community and domestic tasks around his home.
You will need to understand his routine and engage with him to help promote a fulfilling and independent life.
