Care Assistant - Hertfordshire

TLTP Care is currently recruiting for a community-based project based in Hertfordshire. The team will be responsible for patient referrals that have been transferred to long term care

The preferred candidate will join a dedicated team of experienced health care assistants , already supporting project within the Hertfordshire community to work in patients homes, duties which includes, End Of Life Care, Personal Care, Domestic tasks and Companionship within the comfort of their home

This project is available on either a part time or full-time position with a variation of shift patterns:

08:00-14:30 (Early)

15:30 20:00 (Late)

08:00 20:00 (Long day)

The project currently covers patients' homes across Hertfordshire in the following locations (you must be willing to travel to any of the locations below): Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Potters Bar, Tring, Welwyn, St Albans, Hatfield, Rickmansworth, Royston, Ware and Harpenden.

We are becoming increasingly busy with availability for early, late and long day shifts available from Monday through to Sunday.

There are also opportunities to work in our other projects in Hertfordshire and beyond

Requirements:

You must have access to your own Vehicle

You must have up to date Manual Handling & Life Support training

You must have a DBS

You must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate
