Care Assistant Role - Brentwood

London Teaching Pool is currently seeking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our care team on a full time basis to provide support of our female client who is 33 years old and lives independently in Brentwood. She has several conditionas, including Moya Moya disease, severe Eosinophilc asthma, type 1 diabetes and cushing syndrome. She will need assistance with personal care and other domestic tasks around the flat.

Care Assistant - £250 Bonus for friends referred (terms apply)

What we expect from you:

Carers to have knowledge and experience in Catheter care.

Cares to have an understanding, or willingness to gain knowledge in Moya Moya disease.

Cares to support with personal care i.e support while in the bath and getting out. support with

drying, creaming body, washing care and other grooming tasks.

Support with dressing and undressing.

Support with meal prepping 3 meals a day.

Support with booking health appointments.

Support with household tasks, such as; cleaning floors, washing up, taking bins out and laundry.

Emotional support and reassurance.

Support and prompting with medications/ picking up medications from chemist.
