Occupational Therapist

TLTP Medical are looking for a Band 6/7 Community Occupational Therapist for our client based in London. The role is due to start ASAP and will be for an ongoing period.

The suitable applicant will need to have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience (NHS experience preferred) within a community setting. The work involves assessments and treatments of patients referred to both those living in community, and also patients needing support leaving hospital. They with work with MDT colleagues to support the process.

This role is 60% Remote and 40% in the community which gives great flexibility.
