Compliance Officer

London Teaching Pool Ltd. has been operating since 2006 and provides staffing solutions to the Education and Medical sectors. As a highly successful recruitment agency who has seen year on year growth, we are now seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join our team.

Our office is based in Hainault, Essex (a five minute walk from Hainault station on the Central line) and there is also a car parking space available.

Compliance Officer package: 

* Compliance Officer - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
* Compliance Officer - 20 days holiday + bank holidays
* Compliance Officer - Birthday leave
* Compliance Officer - Pension
* Compliance Officer - Ongoing training
* Compliance Officer - Company days/nights out, incentives and award ceremonies

Compliance Officer duties and responsibilities include: 

• Working with the compliance team to ensure our candidates are compliant and fit for work
• Ensure quality assurance compliance procedures are completed, systems are kept up to date and regularly reviewed
• Provide assistance in arranging training courses and measuring performance
• Maintaining files and databases
• Supporting in the recruitment and compliance of staff for education and healthcare roles
• Support with re validation targets
• Ensuring internal quality, best practice and internal policies and procedures are followed
• Supporting with the completion of audits across all services provided

• Be able to pick things up quickly and work both independently and as a team
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE standard in English or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• At least one years' experience working in the recruitment industry preferable
