Domicilary Care Worker - Dover, Kent

TLTP Medical have a job opening for six experienced Care Assistants to join the home-to-home team on an ongoing agency contracted role. You will make an incredible difference in service users lives, providing the highest standard of person-centred care and support, to help maintain their independence. Supporting with mealtimes, personal care, and medication, as well as providing emotional support to ensure you build strong, meaningful relationships.

Many families are opting for Domiciliary care otherwise known as care at home because it puts them back in control of the support they receive and helps maintain their quality of life and independent living.

You should have experience working as a Home-To-Home care Assistant before and able to reach users houses which the schedule provided to you using your own car. You will be allocated patients through an app and be expected to visit each patient for 30 minutes then move on to the next. Shift 1 Morning & Lunch 07:00-14:00

Shift 2 Tea & Bed 16:00-22:00

Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £13 Sat/Nights £15ph Sun/Bank Holidays£18ph Mileage 20p per mile from first patient
