- Description
London Teaching Pool is currently seeking for an experienced female support worker to join our care team to provide support and promote the independence for adults with learning disability or mental health needs within Waltham Forest. The preferred support worker should have experience with providing support with similar clients and also ensure they will be able to engage the client with age appropriate activities.
As a support worker, you should show compassion and ability to communicate effectively with clients, engaging with them , building that relationship in order to understand needs and promoting their independence
What we expect from you:
To provide high standards of support to service users in the community, including assistance with, escorting, budgeting and shopping
To be reliable, punctual and excellent duty of care
Previous support experience is preferred.
