Residential Healthcare Assistant - Chatham, Kent (Locum)
TLTP Medical are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to work long days at a Residential Care Home in Chatham, Kent.
The service has 40 single rooms with En suite shower room across 2 units and Supports Dementia Care, Residential Care, Restbite Care & Day Care.
You will be part of a team that will provide 24-hour care which supports patients and focus on the individual needs of the residents.
Your goals as a Residential Healthcare Assistant
Providing supportive communities and services
Providing individual care and support
Nurturing individual needs.
Forming and maintaining important relationships
Selfless, supportive care.
Cover currently required for long days from 07:00-19:30 both Part time and Full time.
Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £11ph Sat & Nights £13ph Sun & Bank Holidays£15ph
