- Description
We are looking for Support Workers seeking to work in the community to support vulnerable adults in their own homes. London Teaching Pool is currently seeking to recruit a Support Worker to support our project in Waltham Forest.
The preferred support worker, should have experience providing support with similar clients with learning disability/learning difficulty and poor mobility.
The potential support worker, should be able to engage with our client for age appropriate activities.
This is a flexi - part time position, however hours will be allocated depending on avalability
What we expect from you:
- To provide high standards of support to service users in the community, including assistance with, escorting, prompting and engaging with client
- Access to community
- To be reliable, punctual and excellent duty of care
- Previous support experience is preferred
- DBS on the update service
