NHS RGN Nurse Community - Maidstone, Kent (Locum)
Hundreds of patients across Kent are now receiving care at home who would normally have stayed in hospital, thanks to Home First.
The Team is made up of community nurses, therapists and social care professionals. Every patient has a personal care plan and this may include therapy, goals, support for carer's, any equipment they may need and self-help advice.
TLTP Medical are recruiting experienced Nurses who drive to join the team now at Band 5 Level.
Full-time/Part-time/Ad hoc the number of days you work is up to you. This is an agency contracted appointment.
Shift Times for Home First Tonbridge Early 07:00-15:00 / Long 07:00-22:30 / Late 14:30-22.30 / Night 22:00-07:30
Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £20 Sat/Nights £25ph Sun/Bank Holidays£30ph Mileage 45p per mile for Community
