Who are we:

London Teaching Pool is a CQC registered agency based in Hainault, we take pride in protecting and caring for our service users. We have a great team of individuals who would go over and above to ensure our service users living in their own homes are safe, protected and cared. At London Teaching Pool we are seeking to expand our care team; we are recruiting for domiciliary carers in Basildon, Brentwood and Chelmsford.

Your duties will be the following:

• Meeting the personal care needs of the service user in a way that respects their dignity
• Assisting the service users with daily living activities and domestic duties
• To provide person centred care to the service users
• To deliver care to service users as directed by care plan
• To record service user’s care notes
• To promote service user’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity
• To provide companionship to prevent loneliness

• Care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferable)
• Hold a full driving license and own transport (Preferable)
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable and flexible working attitude
• Eligible to work in the UK
