Support Worker - The Role:

At TLTP Care we are looking for an experienced Support Worker to provide high quality care for a vulnerable adult located in Basildon for an immediate start. Experience with working with adults with learning disabilities and autism is required.

This role will include promoting independence and strive to ensure the service user remains as independent as possible, making the service user feel comfortable and building a healthy positive relationship with them will help to reduce their anxiety. Supporting them gain access to the community and explore areas that they have not been able to do so alone, due to their anxiety.
