Are you looking to become part of a professional and friendly team dedicated to patient care?
We are currently recruiting for a community-based project based in Hertfordshire. The team who is responsible for new patient referrals is taking on new patients daily and increasing the amount of Health Care Professionals needed each day to provide the highest standard of palliative care to this thriving project.
The Hospice is recruiting immediately to take on a team of dedicated and experienced Health Care Professionals to work in patients' homes providing crucial end of life care. This will include personal care, prompting medication, physical and emotional support for each patient within the comfort of their own home.
The project currently covers patients' homes across Buckinghamshire in the following locations (you must be willing to travel to any of the locations below):
Rickmansworth
St Albans
Harpenden
Hemel Hempstead
Hatfield Tring
This project is available on either a part time or full-time position with a variation of shift patterns:
08:00-12:00 (Early)
14:00 22:00 (Late)
08:00 22:00 (Long day)
(Shift times vary, other shift times available)
As the Hospice project is growing, we are becoming increasingly busy with availability for early, late and long day shifts available from Monday through to Sunday.
Requirements:
You must have access to your own Vehicle
You must Manual Handling & Life Support training (we can book this for you)
You must have a DBS or be willing to get one
You must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate
