Welney Ward are an inpatient unit with 15 beds providing rehabilitation and palliative care for any patient registered with a Cambridgeshire GP. They have therapists working within the ward team during the week, andall nursing staff are trained in moving and handling, and leading exercises in strength and balance and chair based movements.

TLTP Medical are recruiting reliable Healthcare Assistants on behalf of Princess of Wales Hospital, Welney Ward for immediate starts on a flexible contracted basis for the following shifts Early 07:30-15:30, Late 12:30-20:30 and Long Day 07:30-20:30.

Job Description - Band 2 General Health Assistant

> Washing & Dressing Patients

> Serving meals and helping to feed patients

> Assisting Nursing Staff where necessary

> Basic Observations (Vital Signs)

> Blood Pressure & Temperature

> Capillary Blood Sugars

Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £13.00ph Saturday & Nights £15.00ph Sunday & Bank Holidays£17.00ph

Skills Required
