Domiciliary Care Worker - Kent (Ashford)

TLTP Medical have a job opening for several experienced Care Assistants to join the home-to-home team on an ad-hoc agency contracted role. You will make an incredible difference in service users lives, providing the highest standard of person-centred care and support to help maintain their independence. Supporting with mealtimes, personal care, and medication, as well as providing emotional support to ensure you build strong, meaningful relationships.

Many families are opting for Domiciliary care otherwise known as care at home as it puts the service users back in control of the support they receive and helps maintain their quality of life and independent living.

You must have experience working as a Home-To-Home care Assistant before applying and be able to reach patients houses with the schedule provided to you using your own car. You will be allocated patients through an app and be expected to visit each patient and then move on to the next. Salary and Benefits - Rates Based on Umbrella Monday to Friday £13 Sat/Nights £15ph Sun/Bank Holidays£18ph Mileage 20p per mile from first patient
