Compliance Officer package:
* Compliance Officer - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
* Compliance Officer - 20 days holiday + bank holidays

London Teaching Pool Ltd has been operating since 2006 and provides staffing solutions to the Education and Medical sectors. As a highly successful recruitment agency who has seen year on year growth, we are now seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, driven, and motivated individual looking to develop their Compliance Officer career in a thriving and ambitious organisation that is making a huge impact in the Education and Healthcare recruitment industries. Our office is based in Hainault, Essex (a five minute walk from Hainault station on the Central line) and there is also a car parking space available.
Compliance Officer duties and responsibilities include:
- Working with the compliance team to ensure our candidates are compliant and fit for work
- Ensure quality assurance compliance procedures are completed, systems are kept up to date and regularly reviewed
- Provide assistance in arranging training courses and measuring performance
- Maintaining files and databases
- Supporting in the recruitment and compliance of staff for education and healthcare roles
- Support with re validation targets
- Ensuring internal quality, best practice and internal policies and procedures are followed
- Supporting with the completion of audits across all services provided
Compliance Officer skills required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task
- Professional and flexible attitude
- A team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Be able to pick things up quickly and work both independently and as a team
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE standard in English or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- At least one years' experience working in the recruitment industry preferable, but not essential
