TLTP Care is currently looking for an experienced carer to join our care team on a Full-time basis to provide both exceptional care and companionship to help our service user live comfortably in their own home.
What the role includes:
Companionship - Getting to know your clients' interests, watching TV together and chatting on a day-to-day basis
Personal Care - Helping with things such as washing and dressing
Mobility Support - Some clients may struggle to get around the house without assistance
Supervising medication according to the clients care plan
Household Chores Cleaning, taking out the bins, gardening
Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
Running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
