- Description
I am currently recruiting for a number of Health Care Assistants for an elderly rehab ward within an NHS hospital. The hospital is located in the Hertfordshire area within Welwyn. The hospital is easily accessible public transport with direct links and it also has a car park for drivers.
The ward has a seven-day rota running from Monday through to Sunday 07:15-19:45. You will be working on the wards providing excellent quality of support to elderly rehab patients. It is a Neurological Service which offers adults with long-term conditions taking admissions from across East and North Hertfordshire. All services are provided by teams of highly skilled health care professionals who work alongside their neurological alliance partners to link the patient experience and develop person centred care.
To be considered, it is imperative that you have previous experience as a Health Care Assistant within either an NHS, private or residential setting.
Shift time:
Long day - 07:15 19:45
Salary and Benefits:
Monday to Friday £9.30-£12.05ph
Sat/Nights £11.00- £13.00ph
Sun/Bank Holidays £13.00-£15.00ph
Free Uniform (White Tunic)
To work on this project, you will need to have/be willing to get the following documents:
Registrations forms
Training (Basic Life Support + Manual Handling) Must be Skills for Health Aligned
DBS (on update service)
Immunisations or Bloods (Measles Mumps & Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella and Tuberculosis/BCG)
