TLTP Medical are recruiting for Health Care Assistants, Carers and Support Workers for a variety of hospital ward and community based positions across Kent. The roles are for an immediate start offering competitive daily and weekend rates which are paid weekly.
Health Care Assistant – About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant, Carer or Support Worker, you will use your existing skills and experiences to provide personal care, administer medication, support with feeding, moving and handling patients and offer social support. As a healthcare professional, you will be compassionate, hard-working and understanding.
You will also utilise your first-class communication and interpersonal skills to create a genuine bond with the patient and provide day to day help with the running of the service.
Health Care Assistant – Salary and Benefits
Various shifts are available and are highly flexible, offering part-time and full-time hours Monday to Sunday. You can choose to work as little or as much as you like, which ever suits your lifestyle.
Pay rates:
- Mon-Fri rate: £12.05 per hour via Umbrella
- Saturday rate: £13 per hour via Umbrella
- Sunday rate: £15 per hour via Umbrella
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile for community roles
- Flexible shifts that are guaranteed each week

Health Care Assistant – Qualifications and Experience
You must have a minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role. An NVQ 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
For community-based roles, a full UK driving licence with access to your own car is required and mileage allowance provided.
You will need to ensure your training and immunisations are up to date, you are fit for work and have a current DBS for your own protection as well as that of the patients.
