Care Assistant The Role:
TLTP Care are looking for experienced care assistants to travel around Colchester supporting vulnerable adults to retain their independence in their own homes. Pay rates from £12 to £15 per hour. Care assistants are not only a source of companionship to adults who may be socially isolated, but also provide vital care that allows them to remain in their own homes. Shift patterns tend to be a mixture of earlies and lates, across the week with flexible hours to suit you.
We hope you will build meaningful relationships with our service users and treat them with respect. You will need to use your initiative to ensure they get the most out of their visits with you.
