Care Assistant The Role:
At TLTP Care we are currently looking for a Care Assistant who can provide high quality care for our service users in Chelmsford.
This role will include providing companionship and creating a positive atmosphere whilst assisting with everyday tasks our service users are not able to perform on their own.
By supporting them with weekly activities and helping them access the community, you will build a strong healthy relationship with our service users.
