Care Assistant - The Role:
TLTP Care are looking for dedicated individuals to work as community-based Care Assistant supporting service users within their homes.
The role will include assisting service users into the community, preforming personal care tasks, supporting with domestic tasks around the home and creating a positive environment.
You will be required to log and make notes on your visits via the Care Planning app, and we will always supply you with on hand support from one of our team members.
Support with compliance and training is provided.
