Care Assistant - The Role:
This role will include supporting vulnerable adults within Epping. TLTP Care are looking for hard working Care Assistants to provide high quality care in the community. You will be assisting service users with personal care tasks, assisting them to access the community and attend their weekly activities and domestic tasks around their homes.
You will be providing companionship and using your initiative to make a positive impact on their day-to-day lives. We will register you to our care planning app where you will log your and make notes on your daily visits. You will also have access to support from our team. You will be building a strong relationship with our service users and helping to make a difference in supporting them to live independently.
Support with compliance and training is provided.
