Care Assistant - The Role:
At TLTP Care we are currently looking for a Care Assistant to support our service users in Barnet.
The role consists of 12-hour day and night visits. You will be monitoring his blood sugar and engage with interventions including taking medication, skin being checked and covid swabbing. You will need to have experience with challenging behaviour as the service user struggles to follow instructions at time and can become confused.
You will need to show compassion and empathy and work to build a good relationship with the service user to create a positive atmosphere.
Support with compliance and training is provided.
