Care Assistant - The Role:
TLTP Care are looking for hard working Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults within the community.
You will be working with people with Learning disabilities to live their lives independently. This includes assisting them to their weekly activities, promoting positive habits such as cleaning around the house, supporting them into the community and preforming personal care tasks.
We hope you will build meaningful relationships with out service users and treat them with respect care. You will need to use your initiative to ensure they get the most out of their visits with you.
Support with compliance and training is provided.
