Support Worker - The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and confident Support Worker to provide quality care and make a positive difference to our patient's life.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, however we can provide training. You will be working alongside our Live in Carer who will also be supporting our patient in ensuring she can live independently in the comfort of her own home.
Our patient is a 35-year-old woman with learning disabilities. Your role would include assisting her in accessing the community via the family's car and accompanying her to activities.
