NHS Band 5/6 ACT Pharmacy Technician
We are looking for a Band 5 (Will accept Band 6) Pharmacy Technician ACT (Accredited Checking Technician) to work at CPSU (Clinical Pharmacy Support Unit), Oxford.
This role and skill set normally sits at Band 5 and that would be our preference. We would be happy to go up to Band 6 if we cannot find suitable candidates at Band 5.
ASAP start for 3 months initially
37.5 hours per week - 08:30 17:00 (1 hour break). No working from home.
The role has been described as follows: To provide accuracy checks for dispensed medication in the dispensary To update patient medication records To label and dispense inpatient and outpatient prescriptions
The following skills have been specified: - Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) Qualified ACT (Accredited Checking Technician)
