Support Worker Up to £13.50 via Umbrella

Support Worker Immediate start

Support Worker Full-time and part-time hours available

TLTP Care is part of London Teaching Pool Ltd, a specialist recruitment agency operating in the Education and Medical sectors since 2006.

We are looking for a Carer to help encourage our client to maintain a good diet and healthy well-being. Carers to engage with the client in daily activities that make her feel in charge of her own choices and wishes.

Carer will need to ensure the environment is free from risk and hazards.

Our client struggles with carrying out cleaning tasks as she cannot stand for long periods of time and cannot do heavy lifting.

Our client communicates effectively both verbal and nonverbal.

 

Support Worker Duties

Assist the client to carry out household tasks i.e. Shopping, cooking and laundry

Providing companionship

Accompanying social interaction in the community

Running errands

To prevent self-neglect and hospital admission

Support Worker Requirements

 

Previous experience in a similar role

Having a compassionate nature and being able to work with patience and understanding

Willing to do personal care tasks

A full and valid UK driving licence would be is an advantage

You need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people

You must have the right to work within the UK

Show centred support for complex needs
