NHS Nurse (RGN) Locum Role - Tonbridge (Kent)

NHS RGN Ward Nurse - Tonbridge TLTP Medical have several vacancies for a Band 5 registered general Nurseto join our client's friendly NHS team working at Kent Community Hospitals on the hospital wards.

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team. The team consists of a modern matron, registered nurses, rehabilitation assistants, health care assistants, physiotherapist's, occupational therapists, a care manager, a pharmacist, visiting medical officer and medical consultants. You will be involved in planning effective and safe care for patients needing holistic rehabilitation to promote independence, while getting to know your patients and giving them the time they need.

General Nurse Duties

Conduct physical exams

Take detailed health care histories

Listen to patients and analyze their physical and emotional needs Provide counselling and health care education to patients

Coordinate care with other health care providers and specialists

Stay current with advances in health care options, medications, and treatment plans

Draw blood, and perform other health-related testing

Check a patient's vital signs
