Hello! I'm Karan.
My role as a Compliance Officer requires ensuring every candidate is fully, 100% compliant and meets all our stringent vetting criteria before going out to work. This includes having the right immunisations, training, qualifications, references and a valid DBS.
My role holds a high level of responsibility which I take very seriously and I’m known for being very meticulous.
To further strengthen our compliance and auditing processes, Karan has completed the Workforce Alliance and TWS II Nursing and AHP Compliance Training.
