** 1:1 Tutor Required ** ** January Start 2012 ** ** QTS Essential ** ** EBD School Essex / London Borders ** We are looking for strong and experienced primary teachers to work on a 1:1 basis with children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school caters for children who have been excluded on a temporary or permanent basis from mainstream school. The age groups of the children vary accross Key Stage 1-3 You will be a primary trained teacher with QTS and a proven track record in a primary school. A specialism in either Maths, English, Science or Humanities will give you a strong advantage. Due to the varied age groups of the children you will ideally have a desire to work with both Primary and Secondary aged children. Ideally your will have experience working with EBD from a PRU or somewhere similar. This will be a long term or permanent post for the right candidate. You must be a versatile teacher with excellent behaviour management skills who is confident when dealing with the challenging behaviour of students.
